He regularly votes Republican, and I’m putting together a pages long document of why they’re a terrible, bigoted party. But he pissed me and my mom off today by accidentally forwarding us a conservative political email, so I don’t care. Then he got all defensive when we called him on it by saying of course he supported me and and gay rights, and not all Republicans are bigots, blah blah blah bullshit. So now I’m presenting him with empirical, thoroughly sourced proof that no, it actually does negatively impact my quality of living when you vote this way, and it hurts everyone who isn’t straight, cisgendered, white, rich, and male (all of which are things you are, by the way, dad)!
